Durable Medical Equipment

Refer a loved oneSchedule a free consultation

When a patient is approaching the end of life, being able to spend time at home surrounded by the environment and people that matter most becomes more important than ever.

To help make that happen, Journey Palliative and Hospice is able to bring durable medical equipment to your loved one’s home when under hospice care.

A Fast and Seamless Transition Home

When it comes time for your loved one to leave the hospital, we transport state-of-the-art medical equipment to your loved one’s residence. By the time your loved one is back at home, we will have everything set up and ready.

We perform a full inspection and test all equipment so that the transition to home care is rapid, safe and seamless.

As your loved one’s care requirements adjust over the months ahead, we will bring new equipment as needed to continue to provide the best care. Our priority is to help your loved one stay at home for as much time as possible.

Our Equipment

Here are some examples of some of the types of durable medical equipment we can bring to a home setting to provide hospice care:

  • Hospital beds
  • Pressure-relief mattresses

  • Walkers
  • Feeding pumps
  • CPAP
  • BiPAP
  • Patient lifts

These are just a few examples. Our medical team is prepared with the specialized equipment and supplies needed to provide care and monitoring to patients with a broad range of medical conditions.
